Shipping
All orders any size ship ground for 23.00 inside the Continental United States. Buyers outside the Continental United States must call for freight quotes. If you need an express shipment please call for a freight quote. All orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or Common Carrier (Semi). All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the day the order is placed, however Schluter Mouldings ship within 5-7 business days after the order has been processed. Freight under any circumstance is non refundable. We chose 23.00 shipping on any size order for the simple fact that 95% of the items on our site cost more than 23.00 to ship, including the rolls of underlayment, and all the metals which are 8 foot goods. Any goods over 6 feet long are very pricey to ship with carriers. We wanted to be able to consume a majority of the freight for you.
We do offer free shipping on any orders over 1200.00.

Returns
All returns require approval. You must call our customer service dept at 1-800-377-6552, or email them at sales@tilesecurity.com.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. We have the right to refuse any return without prior approval. We will only except returns within 30 days of the date you receive your merchandise. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. There is a 25% restocking fee on any cancelled metals. They are special order.

Claims
Any claim for damage, short shipment, misdelivery or defects of the products must be specified by contacting our customer service dept by phone or email. Damages must also be specified in writing with the shipper on the delivery slip. All claims must be made by the buyer at the time of delivery.

Installation
Tilesecurity.com shall in no way be responsible for any claims resulting from the installation of finishing of the product.
